These Terms describe how Dosel Studio provides creative audio, localization, AI-assisted voice production and post-production services.
Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to provide scripts, audio, video, references, voice materials, brand assets and any other content used in a project.
AI-Assisted Production
Some services may use AI-assisted tools, including transcription, translation support, voice generation, timing analysis, editing or quality control. These tools are used as part of a human-directed production workflow.
Review and Approval
Final approval remains a human and client-side decision. Dosel may provide recommendations related to translation, cultural adaptation, pronunciation, timing, audio quality and delivery format.
Payments and Scope
Project scope, pricing, payment terms, revisions and delivery expectations are defined before work begins. Changes in source material, new versions, additional languages, extra deliverables or major creative changes may require a new estimate.
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, clients retain ownership of their original materials. Dosel retains ownership of its internal workflows, templates, tools, methods and production systems.
Acceptable Use
Dosel does not knowingly support projects involving impersonation without consent, deceptive synthetic media, unlawful content, harassment, fraud or misuse of voice technologies.
Limitations
Dosel aims to deliver professional, careful and culturally aware work, but does not guarantee that every translation, voice generation or platform delivery will be error-free or accepted by every third-party platform.
